Mr. Farkhad is an experienced FIFA lecturer, assigned by FIFA to support the training of VAR referees in Vietnam from April 26 to 29. Mr. Farkhad shared: “It is an honor to have the opportunity to support the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and VPF Company in training VAR referees, contributing to promoting the plan to soon bring VAR technology to Vietnamese football. The early application of VAR is considered an important step forward for the development of professional football in Vietnam. The training process of VAR referees must go through many steps.
