Meeting on Mass Mobilization Work in Cluster II

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 23, at the Nghi Loc District Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department organized a meeting on mass mobilization work for Cluster II, including the following units: Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Vinh City, and Cua Lo Town.

The conference reviewed the situation and results of mass mobilization work in 2015; the results of the advice and guidance provided by the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department in the cluster; the districts devoted considerable time to exchanging and learning from each other's experiences in advising, guiding, and organizing the mobilization of the people in carrying out important political tasks of the locality.

The districts have focused on building and replicating exemplary models of "effective mass mobilization," highlighting achievements in government mass mobilization work, grassroots democracy regulations, and addressing difficulties and obstacles in mobilizing the people, such as: mobilizing the people to utilize their internal resources, contribute assets, materials, and labor in participating in the construction of new rural areas; mobilizing the people in land clearance for large and key investment projects of the province; and mobilizing the people in implementing policies on religion, etc.

In the coming period, the Party's mass mobilization committees in the cluster will continue to proactively advise the Party committees on the implementation of Resolution 25-NQ/TW of the Central Committee on mass mobilization work, closely follow the grassroots level, and promptly grasp the situation of the people to advise the Party committees on resolving issues related to mass mobilization work; paying attention to effectively implementing the work of mobilizing the people to participate in emulation movements at the grassroots level, contributing to the successful achievement of the goals and targets set forth in the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.
