Meeting of grassroots Party organizations in Cluster I, Quarter 1

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of April 17th, the Party Committee of the Provincial-level Agencies Bloc held a meeting of grassroots party organizations in Cluster I for the first quarter of 2014.

In the first quarter, the Party Committee focused on propaganda, organizing political activities, and commemorating major holidays. It organized conferences to disseminate the contents of the Resolutions and Conclusions of the 8th Central Committee Meeting (11th term), and directed subordinate Party organizations to develop plans for studying the resolutions and conclusions of the meeting. It also focused on directing grassroots Party organizations to conduct a two-year review of the implementation of Resolution 01 of the Party Committee on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members" at the branch level. Grassroots Party committees proceeded to develop and implement work programs and register emulation contents for 2014.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc directs that in the coming period, the Party committees of the grassroots Party organizations should closely adhere to their functions; direct and urge the grassroots Party organizations to complete the two-year review of the implementation of Resolution 01 of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members"; lead the effective implementation of the action program to implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020; Directive 17 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening administrative discipline in agencies and units in the province"; and launch emulation movements to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc...
