Exchange 'Spring campaign to win 2017'

At the exchange night, many special performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country, many songs about soldiers, the relationship between the army and the people,... were performed.

In addition, new soldiers also participated in a competition to learn about the 2017 national defense military training mission.
At the meeting, delegates, officers, soldiers, and militia and self-defense forces also participated in discussions and exchanged views on ensuring national defense and security in the new situation, experience in training and combat readiness to prepare for the highest spirit and momentum for the new training season.

The exchange is part of the plan to implement the direction of the Political Department of Military Region 4, aiming to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere; encourage officers and soldiers to be excited and enthusiastic to achieve many achievements right from the first day of training.
