Art exchange on Ethnic Minority Culture Day
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of April 17, in the border district of Ky Son, the Department of Culture - Sports of Nghe An province coordinated with the district People's Committee to organize an Art Exchange program to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Cultural Day of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups (April 19, 2008 - April 19, 2018).
The program of Art Performance and Cultural Exchange of Ethnic Minorities in Nghe An Province is organized with the aim of preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities in the province. Participating in the festival are the Nghe An Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe, artisans and non-professional actors from villages in Ky Son District.

The festival program includes unique folk songs and dances reflecting the rich cultural and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in the Western region of Nghe An. Through the performances, the artists and actors also express their love and faith in the Party and Uncle Ho, praising their homeland, country and the changes in the highland villages.

Through the art program, the audience can more clearly perceive the cultural identity values of ethnic minorities, while at the same time demonstrating solidarity and cohesion among ethnic communities in the development process, for the progress of society.
