(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of February 28, 2014, at Regiment 764, the Military Command of Nghe An province organized the "Determined to Win" exchange program.

Attending the exchange were representatives from Military Region 4, Colonel Luong Hong Phong – Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, leaders of Cua Lo Town, the Military Commands of Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Vinh City, and Cua Lo Town districts, representatives from units under the Provincial Military Command, and affiliated units.

The "Determined to Win" exchange program is part of the plan to implement the directives of the Commander of Military Region 4 and the guidance of the Political Department of Military Region 4, aiming to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, motivate officers and soldiers to be enthusiastic and achieve results from the very first day of training, contributing to improving the quality of training and building strong and comprehensive units in 2014.

Leaders of Cua Lo town and militia members of Nghi Loc district exchanged views on requirements and experiences in training in the current situation.

Delegates, officers, soldiers, and militia forces also participated in discussions and exchanges on ensuring national defense and security in the new situation, and experiences in training and combat readiness, aiming to prepare with the highest morale and spirit for the new training season.
