Chat during the exchange
Prison No. 3 - Ministry of Public Security is currently managing more than 2,000 prisoners, many of whom have extremely serious cases. The program conveys the message that every person in society can make mistakes, but they need to be forgiving, loving, and sharing to kindle their dreams of reforming their lives and becoming useful people for society. Many activities are organized such as cultural and artistic exchanges, gift giving, free medical examinations, and medicine distribution for prisoners, once again demonstrating the concern of the Party, the State, and socio-political organizations, creating trust and motivation for prisoners to turn to good, reintegrate into the community soon, contributing to reducing the rate of recidivism and law violations among young people.
