Vietnam-Japan Cultural Exchange
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 28th, a Vietnamese-Japanese cultural exchange took place at Quy Hop I High School (Quy Hop district), commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Dong Du Movement and Vietnamese-Japanese relations.
The exchange took place in a joyful and meaningful atmosphere, with activities such as enjoying Japanese cuisine, Kimono performances, Origami paper folding demonstrations, learning about calligraphy, art exhibitions, Kimono-themed photo contests, Yosakoi dances, Doraemon dances, Ghesa dances... diverse and unique, reflecting the rich culture from many regions of the "Land of the Rising Sun".

The Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange program, jointly organized by the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Internal Affairs, and Van Xuan University, will run in schools throughout the province until the end of December 2015.
This is an opportunity for faculty, lecturers, teachers, and students of the school to review the Dong Du movement of Phan Boi Chau, the history of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, and to exchange ideas, learn about, and explore the advanced culture of Japan.
