(Baonghean.vn) - The Lach Van fishing port in Dien Ngoc commune (Dien Chau district) is suffering from serious pollution. Black, foul-smelling wastewater is being discharged directly from the seafood storage area into the Lach Van canal, affecting the entire residential area.
