Wind Across the Blue Sky Episode 40: The curtain falls on the affair drama
Witnessing her husband go to his lover's apartment, My Anh (Phuong Oanh) could not contain her anger and slapped him, officially ending the happy family drama.
In episode 40 of the drama "Gio ngang khoa troi xanh", the climax was pushed to its peak when My Anh (Phuong Oanh) witnessed her husband, Dang, go to Linh's (Lan Phuong) apartment after lying that he was going to the company. Without needing an explanation, My Anh immediately slapped her husband in front of his lover, an action that revealed all her pent-up anger and pain.
The slap in the face and the deliberate arrangement
This tense situation was actually a test set up by Linh herself. She wanted to check whether Dang would come to see her when called. As a result, Dang did show up, but unexpectedly, My Anh was also there.
After the slap, My Anh ran away aimlessly in the pouring rain. Dang hurriedly chased after her but could not find his wife. In contrast to My Anh's suffering, Linh appeared extremely pleased and said: "The curtain has come down on the happy family drama."
Double the pain of lies
My Anh’s pain was not only caused by her husband’s infidelity but also by Linh’s lies. Linh told My Anh that Dang always felt tired and oppressed in the marriage and always wanted to escape, but because he was too afraid of his wife, he could not do it.
