On the afternoon of September 21, the Investigation Police Agency of Trang Bom District (Dong Nai) issued an emergency arrest warrant for Nguyen Van Tuan (33 years old, residing in Bac Son Commune, Trang Bom District) to investigate and clarify the act of child molestation.

According to the police: At 2:30 p.m. on September 18, the subject climbed over the fence to Ms. NTD's house to find cigarettes. When entering the house, he saw Ms. D's daughter, LNM (6 years old), sleeping. Tuan sexually abused the victim.

After that, Tuan climbed over the fence to return home. At 5:30 p.m. the same day, M told Ms. D about the incident. Ms. D took M to the police station to report the incident.

Through investigation, Trang Bom District Police issued an emergency arrest warrant for Tuan and at the same time prepared a file to propose handling according to the provisions of law.
