Housemaid 'forced' to travel around the world with employer

A wealthy British couple posted a notice looking for a housekeeper who was willing to travel the world with them at any time.

A wealthy British couple posted a job advertisement for a housekeeper on Gumtree, the UK’s leading classifieds site. In addition to simple requirements such as knowing how to cook or do laundry and iron clothes, the couple also required their housekeeper to be “ready to travel at any time” with the homeowner. And this was an “order” the housekeeper was not allowed to refuse.

That means if someone is accepted, they will have to be willing to travel with the host anywhere in the world. Among the places they “must” travel to are Dubai, Italy, and the South of France. These are all places where the couple will live.

In addition, because the homeowner has many friends, the housekeeper must be ready for other tasks such as taking care of guests, arranging bedrooms, private bathrooms, preparing breakfast and meals during the day, and taking care of laundry for everyone in the house.

With this job of traveling around the world, the homeowner does not disclose the details of the maid's annual salary. But the more experience you have, the higher the chance of receiving a "huge" salary.
