In 2012, Nghe An Newspaper used about 70% of the total 12,000 articles sent by collaborators. In particular, since March 2012, for the first time Nghe An Newspaper has a reward system for collaborators with high quality articles each month. (Baonghean) -In 2012, Nghe An Newspaper used about 70% of the total 12,000 articles sent by collaborators. In particular, since March 2012, for the first time Nghe An Newspaper has a reward system for collaborators with high quality articles each month. This proves that Nghe An Newspaper is very interested in the dedicated and responsible collaboration of the team of collaborators.
45 journalistic works of collaborators were awarded by the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper in 2012. These were articles reflecting multi-dimensional aspects of politics, economics, agriculture, culture, education, law, etc. Many articles such as "Sailors tell stories of pirates in Somalia", "Fossils of Truong Sa sovereignty on Nghe land", "Nghe labor - a perspective", were sent by collaborators in a timely manner, meeting the expectations of readers near and far about events related to the lives of Nghe people; about the awareness of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands, the homeland of the Vietnamese people.
In particular, this year, the number of news and articles for the sections: Observation Corner, Exchange, Forum, International Commentary... has received more attention from readers. Therefore, the number of articles in these sections always receive awards every month such as: "Cure the disease of talking too much", "Trao thanh bao kiem", "Loan danh hieu", "Tap sham", "Bad debt and debt of responsibility", "Where is the place for creativity and humanity"... With a multi-dimensional perspective, along with the sharpness of the writers' pens, there have been profound, coherent and very convincing articles.

Accompanying the team of long-time, loyal collaborators who always stand side by side with the growth of Nghe An Newspaper such as Mr. Thanh Phong, Duong Huy, Tran Ngoc Lan, Duong Xuan Thao, Vo Van Vinh, this year Nghe An Newspaper has a team of experienced collaborators such as Tran Hong Co, Viet Long, or young collaborators such as Hai Trieu who have a very strong writing ability, broad knowledge, quick wit, very mature and sharp thoughts have contributed to enriching the content of the newspaper.
However, to have high quality, more complete, accurate and attractive articles, we cannot fail to mention the editors. Editors and contributors have created a close relationship, not only proactively placing articles, suggesting issues, but the editor also has to look up, compare documents and discuss with the writer, in order to promote the strengths of each contributor. Articles after being edited become clearer, more coherent and more accurate. Each editor believes and wishes that when the articles go through their hands, they will have more effects, so that the newspaper can create more prestige with readers.
Concerned about the articles of contributors, many editors shared: For contributors, editors play the role of intermediaries between journalists and writers. That role sometimes makes editing articles for contributors more difficult and complicated. For example, many contributors are leaders, have high academic titles and degrees,... the content of their articles is often conveyed in scholarly language, suitable for the research style. But the motto of Nghe An newspaper is how to make most of its readers grasp that profound knowledge in an easy-to-understand everyday language, that is the language of journalism, that is the mission of the "housewife" in the Editorial Office.
Hopefully in 2013, when Nghe An newspaper increases its pages and number, not only will its content, form and quality be improved, but many active collaborators in different fields of activity will also be interested in collaborating with Nghe An newspaper, contributing to the beauty of the provincial party newspaper.
