Contribute to completing the historical chronicle of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (2005 - 2015)
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 19, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a workshop to contribute ideas to perfect the content of the book Chronicle of the history of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (2005 - 2015).
Attending the event were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Ho Phuc Hop - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Le Minh Thong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of a number of relevant departments, branches, units and individuals.

To continue to affirm the assessment of the leadership role of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in the fields of economy, politics, culture, society, national defense and security, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department allows the collection, research and compilation of the Historical Chronicle of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the period 2005 - 2015 with the purpose of recording the events of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An; at the same time, to preserve documents as a basis for future research and compilation of the Provincial Party Committee's history.
Previously, the history of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee was recorded and reflected through three historical works of the Provincial Party Committee including Volume I (1930 - 1945), Volume II (1954 - 1975), Volume III (1975 - 2005).

To compile Volume IV, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to establish a Steering Committee for compilation headed by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son and a Compilation Committee headed by Comrade Ho Phuc Hop.
At the workshop, delegates contributed many positive ideas to help perfect the book's content.
Comments from Mr. Hoang Minh Truyen - Vice President of Nghe An Historical Association proposed ideas on unifying the names of some events and timelines; adding more events about movements to build typical collectives and individuals associated with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee; paying attention to citing sources of documents to ensure accuracy and science; comprehensively reviewing content, photos, writing style, etc.

In addition, many other opinions have also contributed to perfecting the chronicle in both content and form, such as adding directives and resolutions of the Central Committee that have a great impact on the socio-economic development of the province, such as Conclusion 20 of the Politburo on Nghe An, Resolution on economic development in Western Nghe An; policy to build Truong Bon historical relic site; mobilizing to help poor communes in the West; organizing investment promotion conferences...
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Phuc Hop spoke to receive comments and affirmed that the Editorial Board will continue to supplement the content; select beautiful and suitable images; along with publishing volume IV, reprinting the History of the Provincial Party Committee volume I...
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged the efforts of the Editorial Board in preparing and compiling the book to publish the Provincial Party History Chronicle; noted that some of the contents that delegates suggested to be added needed to be considered to ensure scientific and accurate content. He also said that in the coming time, he would continue to organize seminars to receive comments and contributions to complete the content and publish the book according to the set plan.
