Professor Nguyen Lan Dung shows farmers how to do clean agriculture.

(Baonghena.vn) - On the afternoon of October 25, in Yen Thanh, Prof. Nguyen Lan Dung, President of the Vietnam Association of Biology, Vice Chairman of the Science and Education Advisory Council of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, had a talk on "Biotechnology and the cause of building new rural areas" and experience in building economic development models with Yen Thanh farmers.

At the talk, Professor Nguyen Lan Dung provided farmers with a lot of useful information about the achievements of biotechnology applied in agricultural development, including: using microbiological technology in waste treatment, fertilizer production, microbiological pesticides; growing safe vegetables, fruit trees, high-value medicinal herbs, etc.
