Ha Tinh has a new Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
Delegates of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province voted to dismiss Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and elect a new Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.
On the morning of July 15, the 17th term People's Council of Ha Tinh province, term 2016 - 2021, held its 10th session to elect the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, complete the positions of members of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016 - 2021 and decide on a number of other important contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Ha Tinh province introduced candidates for the additional election of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, term XVII, 2016-2021. Mr. Tran Tien Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee was introduced for election to the additional position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, term XVII, 2016-2021.
Voting results, Mr. Tran Tien Hung was elected as Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee with 100% of votes.
Previously, the delegates of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province discussed and voted to dismiss Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province. From July 6, 2019, Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Tran Tien Hung was born in 1976, from Thach Quy ward (Ha Tinh city), is a doctor of economics.
Before becoming Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, Mr. Hung held positions such as: Inspector of the Financial Inspection Department, Deputy Director of the Financial Inspection Department, Deputy Director of the General Department, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; Member of the Central Inspection Committee.
