On the morning of March 7, a Facebook page called for blood donations to save a 4-year-old patient named Lo Thi Tu Lam (residing in Nga My commune, Tuong Duong). The patient has a blood disease and needs blood donations urgently.
Lo Thi Tu Lam has blood type B. Her father left when she was born, her mother had a stroke and is bedridden. She is being cared for by her grandmother at Nghe An Blood Transfusion Hematology Center. Her circumstances are extremely difficult.

After receiving the information, two officers from the Provincial Traffic Police Department, Captain Tran Anh Tuan and Senior Lieutenant Pham Huy Tuong, reported to the commander for permission and were present at the center to donate blood for Lam.
