Two karaoke businesses in Vinh city were fined 135 million VND.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has just signed a Decision to administratively sanction 2 karaoke businesses in Vinh City.
In the Penalty Decision No. 174/QD-XPHC dated November 11, it is stated that Hung Luong Company Limited (located at No. 17, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province) put the construction project into use and operation without a Certificate or document approving the design on fire prevention and fighting.
For this act, Hung Luong Company Limited must pay a fine of 90 million VND and take remedial measures, specifically completing the procedures for approval and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting.
On the same day, in Decision No. 175/QD-XPHC, the People's Committee of Nghe An province also fined the Tai Huong karaoke business household (located at No. 21, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Vinh City, Nghe An) for putting the construction project into use and operation without a Certificate or design approval document on fire prevention and fighting.
Accordingly, the Tai Huong karaoke business was fined 45 million VND and forced to review and accept fire prevention and fighting requirements./.
