American lighthouse turns into Disney snow castle due to cold
A cold snap is sweeping across the US, leaving the St Joseph Lighthouse on Lake Michigan covered in snow, looking like a Disney ice castle.
Great Lakes Drone Company has just shared footage showing a thick layer of snow covering the St Joseph Lighthouse in Lake Michigan, USA, making it look like the ice castle in Disney's animated film "Frozen", Sun reported.
The footage was filmed as a cold snap swept across the US, sending temperatures down to minus 34 degrees Celsius in many places. Some areas in New York were covered in more than 1.5 meters of snow. Meteorologists warned that the cold weather in the northeast of the US could leave people frostbitten after about 10 minutes outside.
