Two real estate projects of a Nghe An businessman won international awards for architecture

The Cityscape Emerging Markets Awards are the most prestigious awards to recognise and celebrate excellence in real estate development and architecture. It is an award that provides a significant boost to the real estate development and architecture market in a competitive environment for new businesses.

The two award-winning projects are from businessman Nguyen Duc Chi (from Dien Chau - Nghe An), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crystal Bay Group and shareholders.

This year’s theme for the Cityspace Global Awards is “Adapting to Change”. The theme must highlight how real estate markets are adapting to new technologies, sustainability and changing patterns of consumption and commerce.

The Cityscape Emerging Markets Awards ceremony was a great success at the InterContinental Convention Center, Dubai Festival City (DFC). The awards ceremony was considered a great opportunity to connect investors, architects and real estate developers as important figures converged in Dubai to recognize and honor the leaders and initiators behind world-class luxury projects.

Meeting the award criteria, two young Vietnamese projects were honored at the award ceremony: Mui Dinh Ecopark Ninh Thuan project won the First Prize for resort architecture and Sunbay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang project received the Encouragement Prize.

This is a source of pride and a great driving force for the development of creating products and works that are sustainable with nature, and at the same time has created opportunities for Vietnamese projects to affirm their position and vision with international friends. With the cooperation of the famous design group NDA Group, the two projects have gradually demonstrated their role in changing the new face of Ninh Thuan province.

NDA representative affirmed that when the project is formed, visitors to SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang will not feel like they are coming to a strange, lonely resort, but can enjoy a diverse tourism ecosystem, and can stay for many days without feeling bored.
