The two Koreas agreed to hold a summit meeting in the morning.
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 23, spokesman for the South Korean Presidential Office Kwun Hyuk-ki said that the summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will include an official dinner at the joint security area in the Panmunjom truce village.
Speaking to the press, the above official announced that at the expert-level meeting held at Panmunjom on the morning of April 23, officials from both Koreas also agreed that the summit will begin on the morning of April 27.

Mr. Kwun, who is also a member of the five-member South Korean delegation participating in the working-level dialogue on the morning of April 23, added: “South Korea and North Korea have conducted three rounds of working-level dialogue to discuss protocol, security measures and the form of reporting for the upcoming inter-Korean summit in Panmunjom on April 27. Today, the two sides reached a final agreement.”
The two sides also agreed to broadcast the historic third summit live. According to Mr. Kwun, at the latest working-level meeting, Pyongyang agreed to allow Seoul to broadcast the summit live even before North Korean leader Kim Jong-un crossed the inter-Korean border.
It is expected that on April 25, North Korea will send an advance team to the other side of the Panmunjom truce village to complete preparations for the summit. Following the inter-Korean summit will be an unprecedented US-North Korea summit scheduled to be held in late May or early June./.
