Two gangs crashed cars into each other, pulled out guns and fought.
Due to a business conflict, two gangs in Ha Tinh crashed their vehicles into each other on Highway 1A, then got into a fight, leaving one person in critical condition.

At around 5:00 p.m. on October 16, Mr. Dao Ngoc Tuan (31 years old, residing in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh) and two others were driving a Hyundai Santa Fe with Ha Tinh license plate on National Highway 1A through Ky Dong commune (Ky Anh district) when a pickup truck traveling in the same direction hit them from behind and forced them to stop.
Mr. Tuan and two men got out of the Santa Fe, pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot; at that moment, a group of strangers rushed in from a pickup truck with weapons and attacked.

After the brawl on the highway, Mr. Tuan was seriously injured and had to be taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital for emergency treatment with a brain hemorrhage and a poor prognosis.
Upon receiving the news, Ky Anh District Police arrived, surrounded the area, and detained those involved.

According to witnesses, both groups involved in the fight were gangsters, working in the pawn business.
Authorities believe the incident stemmed from a business conflict and are investigating the cause.
