Two Chinese ships entered the contiguous zone near the Senkaku Islands.
According to Kyodo news agency, the Japan Coast Guard (JCG) said that on June 18, two Chinese Coast Guard vessels entered the contiguous zone just outside Japanese territorial waters, near the disputed Senkaku Islands (called Diaoyu by Beijing) in the East China Sea.
