Two young men go to jail after 12-year-old girl gives birth
Hieu brought a 12-year-old girl home many times to have sex with her, then they broke up. After that, Thang lived with her as husband and wife.

On November 30, Can Tho City People's Court held a first-instance trial and sentenced Doan Phuc Thang (31 years old) to 15 years in prison and Nguyen Van Hieu (19 years old) to 6 years in prison.on crimeRape of a person under 16 years old.
According to the records, in April 2017, through social networks, Hieu met a 12-year-old girl in the same Ninh Kieu district. He invited her to his house to have sex with him many times. Two months later, the two broke up.
After that, Thang (Hieu's friend) met and fell in love with the girl. They rented a room together and lived as husband and wife in Ninh Kieu district. Thang also took his young lover to Hau Giang to live and take care of the orange garden for his relatives.
The girl later became pregnant and gave birth to a baby girl in May. When the family went to get a birth certificate, the civil status officer discovered that the mother was under 16 years old and reported it to the authorities.
The results of the examination showed that Thang was the child's father. The two defendants were then arrested one after the other.
