Two young men 'misbehaved' with a 14-year-old girl

Hearing a neighbor say he had "eaten the forbidden fruit" with his 14-year-old lover, Luan (25 years old) sneaked into the victim's house, restrained her, and raped her.

On November 7, the Investigation Police Agency of Cang Long District Police (Tra Vinh) completed the file and transferred it to the People's Procuracy at the same level to propose prosecuting Nguyen Minh Luan (25 years old) and Thach Van Chinh (24 years old, both residing in Tan An Cho Hamlet, Tan An Commune) for the acts of "Raping children" and "Sexual intercourse with children".

According to the investigation agency, Chinh had a relationship with a 14-year-old girl who lived in the same hamlet. Chinh asked the girl to meet him at a coffee shop to talk and the two did "adult things". Chinh then told Nguyen Minh Luan about this. A few days later, Luan passed by the girl's house and stopped by to chat. Knowing that the girl was home alone, Luan turned up the music and used force to push the victim into the bedroom and rape her.

Satisfied, Luan went home and forbade the girl from revealing anything. The family discovered the incident and reported it to the police. Luan was prosecuted for “Raping a child”, Chinh was prosecuted for “Sexual intercourse with a child”./.
