Two young men threw a bag of money in front of a journalist's house.

Authorities in Phu Yen province are investigating a case in which two young men brought a bag of hell money and threw it in front of a journalist's house.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Son - Deputy Head of the Internal Political Security Department (Phu Yen Provincial Police), said that journalist Nguyen Quang Thuan - Deputy Editorial Secretary of Phu Yen Newspaper, sent a petition to this unit to report the incident of two young men carrying a bag of money and throwing it into his house on the afternoon of September 14.

Accordingly, in addition to working at Phu Yen Newspaper, journalist Nguyen Quang Thuan is also a contributor to another newspaper. Recently, he has written many articles reflecting the frustrations of customers buying social housing at the Nam Hung Vuong social housing project, Tuy Hoa City (Phu Yen), invested by Bich Hop Company Limited.

According to Mr. Thuan, on the morning of September 14, a man calling himself Thao used mobile phone number 09175835... to call Ms. Duong Thi Thuy Van (Mr. Thuan's wife) many times with the intention of asking questions and finding Ms. Van's house.

Mr. Thuan himself also received many messages via Messenger with threatening words related to the articles he wrote about the Nam Hung Vuong social housing project.

Regarding that incident, Mr. Thuan made a report to the Internal Political Security Department and the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes (PC45), Phu Yen Provincial Police, and the Editorial Board of Phu Yen Newspaper about the above incident.

However, the incident did not stop there. On the afternoon of September 14, two young men on a red Air Blade motorbike arrived in front of Mr. Thuan's house. One of them went into the yard to meet Mr. Thuan, while the other waited outside on a motorbike.

This young man claimed to be an employee of Bich Hop Company Limited, then showed the articles that Mr. Thuan wrote and asked Mr. Thuan to repost them in Phu Yen Newspaper.

According to Mr. Thuan, he refused and replied that whether to publish or not was under the authority of the Editor-in-Chief of Phu Yen Newspaper. After that, this young man showed a white paper bag with the words: "To Mr. Thuan, pen name Kim Thuy...", then said that Ms. Bich Hop sent it to him.

According to Mr. Thuan, although he refused, the young man still tore off a corner of the paper bag, left it on the stone table and chairs in front of the yard, and left, so Mr. Thuan ran after him and gave it back. The young man took the paper bag, but after getting on his motorbike, he threw it away in front of Mr. Thuan's gate.

Regarding this incident, Mr. Thuan called the Hoa Vinh Town Police and Dong Hoa District Police to come and handle the case.

Dong Hoa District Police have made a record of the confiscation of the paper bag. Upon inspection, they discovered 10 bundles of Hell Dollars.

According to Mr. Thuan, his family is currently very confused and worried, so they request that the authorities of Phu Yen province take measures to ensure the safety of Mr. Thuan and his family.
