Two police schools temporarily suspend university enrollment in 2018
On March 28, the Ministry of Public Security officially announced the university enrollment quota for universities and police academies.

Accordingly, in 2018, the public security school block will have only 5 schools enrolling university students, including: People's Security Academy, People's Police Academy, People's Security University, People's Police University and Fire Prevention and Fighting University.
Thus, two other public security universities, the People's Public Security Logistics University and the People's Public Security Political Academy, will not enroll undergraduate students in 2018.
For schools with university enrollment targets in 2018, the total enrollment target for all 5 schools is only 1,192, a decrease of more than 300 targets compared to 2017.
Of which, the People's Security Academy has 235 quotas, the People's Police Academy has 350 quotas, the People's Security University has 175 quotas, the People's Police University has 290 quotas and the Fire Prevention and Fighting University has 142 quotas.
