The accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. this afternoon, December 15, on National Highway 48B at the intersection between Quynh Hung and Quynh Ba communes, Quynh Luu district.

Accordingly, at the above time, Mr. Nguyen Van Giang (residing in Hamlet 7, Quynh Ba Commune) was driving a car with license plate 37N-7193 carrying a water tank from Cau Giat Town to Son Hai Commune to supply water to the people. When he just reached the intersection, he suddenly collided with a truck with license plate 37C-21669 driven by Nguyen Van Hoang (residing in Quynh Chau Commune, Quynh Luu District) traveling from Quynh Hung Commune to the national highway, causing the water tank truck to fall into a manhole, and driver Giang was thrown out of the cabin and injured. Both vehicles were severely damaged.

Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police of Quynh Luu District Police were present to handle the situation.
