In the days leading up to Tet, the “knights” of the Phu Hoa Ward Crime Prevention Club, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong received many anonymous text messages reporting a woman possessing crystal meth, using a motorbike with license plate 37E1....

Realizing that the report had signs of slander, the "knights" including Nguyen Thanh Hai, Doan Tan Thong and Nguyen Truong Giang quickly proceeded to verify.

At around 12:30 on January 27, the officers discovered the woman as reported, riding a motorbike on Le Hong Phong Street in Phu Hoa Ward.

Reported to Phu Hoa ward police to check this woman's vehicle and discovered crystal meth in the car.

At the police station, the woman said she was HTH (born in 1983, from Lam Dong, temporarily residing in Thu Dau Mot City). H. also said she did not know about the amount of crystal meth in the car.

During the investigation, the authorities invited Phung Van Kien (born in 1987, from Loc Nam commune, Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province, temporarily residing in Phu Loi ward, Thu Dau Mot city) - Ms. H.'s ex-husband, to come to work.

Here, the authorities discovered on Kien's person two phones that still contained the content of the messages he had previously sent to the "knights" group.

Kien also admitted that he was the one who put crystal meth in his ex-wife’s car to harm her. That same afternoon, Phu Hoa Ward police handed Kien over to the Drug Investigation Police Team of Thu Dau Mot City for further investigation.
