South Korea urges North Korea to quickly return its citizens

Speaking to reporters, Blue House spokesman Park Soo-hyun said: "North Korea continues to detain our citizens and American citizens, but this country will have to quickly return them to their families, and the Seoul government will make every effort to end this detention."
North Korea is believed to be holding at least six South Korean citizens and three Americans on various charges, including anti-government activities.
The South Korean president also criticized North Korea's lack of respect for human rights and expressed condolences to the family of Otto Warmbier, an American student who died after 17 months of detention in North Korea./.
