He and his wife ran outside to observe and discovered dozens of tattooed people using knives and swords to destroy the family's banana garden.

A 2.3 hectare banana garden was mercilessly slashed in half.

“The banana garden that my wife and I had cultivated and cared for for many years was suddenly mercilessly destroyed. Out of anger, my wife and I screamed for help, but some of the thugs used knives and swords to threaten us, demanding that we not resist, otherwise they would kill us immediately. After that, the neighbors ran over, but at that time the banana garden of over 2.3 hectares, with about 3,000 trees, had been slashed in half and fell down in the garden," Mr. Quan said indignantly.

Also according to Vice Chairman of Cao Nhan Commune People's Committee Hoang Bao Chung, on the same day, Thuy Nguyen District Police and local authorities were present to collect evidence, summon the above group of thugs and the crime scene to Cao Nhan Commune People's Committee headquarters to take statements, serve the investigation, and clarify the cause of the incident.

Initially, the authorities identified the mastermind of this incident as Mr. Do Van Chi - Director of Chi Linh Company Limited (Tam Hung Commune, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City).
