According to the investigation, around September 2020, these two young men bought or created Facebook accounts, used celebrity images as profile pictures, and then made friends and interacted with many people.
The duo then posted articles foronline loan50-500 million VND. Borrowers only need an ID card, household registration book or other personal documents and will be disbursed within 30 minutes... Those who are interested are requested to communicate via messenger.
After the borrower provided all the information, the duo asked to pay insurance premiums, interest... into their account. When they received the money, they blocked the borrower's Facebook. The account to receive the money was purchased by the duo online for 2 million VND.
Investigators believe that many people across the country have fallen into the trap of Vinh and his accomplices, losing more than 1 billion VND.
In addition, Tran Phuoc Vinh bought the link "binhchonsieutainangnhi2021.webbly.com", used fake Facebook accounts to send to everyone, enticing them to click on the link to vote for the contestants.Super kid talentand then take over the rights to use Facebook accounts. Next, they impersonate the account owners and text friends to ask to borrow money, transfer it to the purchased and appropriated accounts.
Investigation results show that from September 2020 to March 24, the couple appropriated a total of 250 million VND.
