This is a practical activity towards the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023), welcoming the 2nd Congress of Nghe An Provincial Young Physicians Association, term 2023 - 2028 and concretizing Plan No. 105-KH/LT dated March 16, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the provincial level, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union on coordinating the organization of joint activities on the occasion of the anniversary of the traditional day of mass mobilization work of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Speaking at the festival, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Luong emphasized that this is an annual activity held on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of young people, young doctors and nurses determined to follow Uncle Ho's instructions, contributing their efforts and knowledge to the cause of protecting, caring for and improving people's health.
Through the festival, the young medical team promoted their role, responsibility, pioneering spirit, and volunteering in the work of taking care of people's health. This is also an opportunity for members, youth and young medical staff in the province to exchange, learn, share experiences, connect and strengthen solidarity and friendship.

At the festival, the Organizing Committee presented 10 welfare bags and 10 gifts to poor families, policy beneficiaries, and children in difficult circumstances; inaugurated a playground for children in Hamlet 6, My Son Commune, Do Luong District; organized training on drowning prevention and hand washing with soap for students at My Son Primary School; organized the program "Bowl of Gratitude Porridge" at Do Luong District General Hospital.

In particular, more than 300 people and children in My Son commune, Do Luong district received free health check-ups, consultations and medicine.
Throughout the province, thousands of people participated in a series of health check-ups, consultations, and free medicine distribution, as well as reproductive health care propaganda sessions and instructions on installing electronic health books for underage students.

At the same time, the Youth Union and Association organizations have also coordinated to train teachers and students in accident and injury prevention and basic first aid methods; provide free haircuts and shampoos for patients, give bowls of charity porridge, instruct students on disease prevention measures; deploy the "Free Wardrobe" model for patients in difficult circumstances, etc.
