Spring is the season of festivals, but the atmosphere at Cua Lo Port was already bustling with activity. On the fourth day of Tet (Lunar New Year), the port welcomed two container ships: the Taiping, a 6,000-ton vessel from Hong Kong, and the Kaixiang, carrying 7,000 tons of export stone.

According to Mr. Tran Van Dat, Director of Cua Lo Port, although the domestic and global economic situation remains challenging this year, with the efforts of the business community and all staff and workers, the port is determined to achieve a cargo throughput of 2 million tons and revenue of 100 billion VND.

To achieve these results, the Port has implemented measures such as: Effectively implementing grassroots democracy regulations; building a culture of business conduct and providing attentive and thoughtful customer service; maintaining and developing close relationships with traditional customers, and seeking and expanding potential customers; strictly adhering to procedures regarding occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention, and security and order in the port area; and continuously innovating loading and unloading processes, investing in more modern loading and unloading equipment to improve productivity and reduce labor costs, thereby bringing efficiency to the enterprise and its customers.
