(Baonghean) - In 2013, Huda and Huda Gold beer products participated for the first time in an international competition - the World Beer Quality Championship (WBC), marking a breakthrough in the brand's development journey. And since then, the Huda brand has continuously reaped many "golden achievements", possessing a collection of prestigious medals and awards reaching international standards.

From the brand "Deep love for Central Vietnam"

Huda Beer was launched in the Central market in the early 90s and quickly conquered consumers with its delicious, rich and warm flavor like the land and people here. Each drop of beer is as golden as the sunlight of the land of "Lao wind and white sand", carrying a fresh aroma, harmoniously combined with a layer of fine foam covering the beer. As soon as you sip, you will feel the bitterness and a little bit of spiciness touching the tip of your tongue, after drinking, there is a sweet but not harsh aftertaste that spreads a tingling and refreshing feeling. It is this unique flavor of Huda that has conquered consumers for nearly three decades and created the brand "Bold Central Vietnam Love".

“Huda has been a specialty beer of the Central region for decades. The Central region’s essence cannot be found in any other beer, rich and delicious, slightly bitter at first but with a sweet aftertaste. Just like the people of the Central region, they are both sincere and honest, yet deeply sophisticated. The Huda beer production process is closely monitored by brewing experts according to the standards of the Danish Carlsberg Group.

To maintain the premium quality and unique flavor of Huda for over 27 years, every step in the production process from selecting raw materials, brewing, filtering, extracting, testing and bottling is meticulously and strictly monitored by a team of brewing experts according to international standards of the Carlsberg Group of Denmark. In particular, since the end of 2011, Carlsberg Vietnam has applied the most advanced technologies transferred from the Carlsberg Group to produce Huda beer. Typically, the canning line with a capacity of more than 48,000 cans/hour and an automatic stacking robot has been put into operation. By the beginning of 2016, Carlsberg Vietnam imported a modern production line from Germany with a total investment of nearly 6.4 million Euros and operated at its brewery in Phu Bai Industrial Park, Thua Thien Hue (this is also one of the largest breweries of the Carlsberg Group in Southeast Asia).

To the "pride" famous in the world

In addition to constantly affirming its leading position in the domestic market, Huda has always focused on conquering international markets. This is also part of a long-term strategy with the direction of the Danish Carlsberg Group. In 2013, Huda and Huda Gold products participated for the first time in the World Beer Quality Championship (WBC) - the oldest international beer competition in the United States developed by the American Beverage Institute (BTI), won the Silver Medal and were highly appreciated by industry experts for their quality.

Realizing the great potential of the Huda beer brand, in the following years, Carlsberg Vietnam improved and brought Huda and Huda Gold products to the world's leading competitions and won a series of other prestigious awards. Among them, it is worth mentioning the Superior Quality Award (iTQi) for 4 consecutive years from 2014 to 2017, Silver Medal at the International Beer Championship (IBC) in 2016.

Notably, until 2017, Huda beer brand was honored to become the only Vietnamese beer brand to achieve 3 European Gold Medals after consecutively winning the Gold Medal at the World Beer Awards (WBA) in the UK, the Gold Medal at the Berlin International Beer Competition (BIBC) in Germany and the Gold Medal at the Monde Selection Award in Belgium. These are names that guarantee the prestige and quality of beer and beverage products worldwide. Notably, Monde Selection is also one of the oldest awards and is operated by the International Institute for Quality Selections, Brussels, Belgium.

Also in 2017, Carlsberg Vietnam launched the Huda Silver bottle with a new, sophisticated and modern look but still bearing the strong mark of the Central region's identity. The golden achievements that Huda has achieved are a measure of the brand's perfection, the result of the trust and support that the people of the Central region have given Huda for over 27 years, and at the same time the motivation for the brand "Bold Central Love" to continue to shine in both the domestic and international markets.
