(Baonghean.vn) -Dien Bien Phu City, located in the Muong Thanh Valley, is the center of Dien Bien Province. Sixty years ago, on this very land, the Vietnamese army and people achieved the glorious Dien Bien Phu victory, "renowned throughout the world and shaking the earth," driving the French colonialists out of the Indochinese peninsula (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia).
