Before the training session this afternoon, May 23, defender Pham Xuan Manh shared his determination about the journey at the end of the season with Hanoi Club. He affirmed that the whole team is highly focused on the goal of winning the championship, even though the gap with the top team Nam Dinh is still 5 points and there are only 3 rounds left.
“The whole team is trying their best, following the tactics set out by the coaching staff. We believe that if we win all three remaining matches, we still have a chance to catch up with Nam Dinh,” said Xuan Manh.
The thrilling victory over Song Lam Nghe An in round 22 brought 3 valuable points to Hanoi FC, but also put Xuan Manh in a difficult situation when he was the one who scored the equalizer 1-1 against his hometown team.
