(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 10, in response to the "Tet tree planting festival to forever remember Uncle Ho", the Provincial People's Council organized a flower and incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site and planted trees at the beginning of the Spring of Ky Hoi 2019 at the tomb of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan.
