Nghe An Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution on support policies for redundant commune-level cadres and civil servants.
(Baonghean.vn) - The subjects of application of this Resolution include redundant commune, ward and town cadres and civil servants due to the implementation of Decree No. 34/2019/ND-CP; Deputy Chief of Police, permanent police officers in communes and towns who are redundant due to the arrangement of regular police officers to take up positions of commune and town police.
On the morning of July 22, the 15th session of the 17th Nghe An Provincial People's Council passed important Resolutions.

At this session, the Provincial People's Council unanimously approved the Resolution on support policies for redundant commune, ward and town officials and civil servants due to the implementation of Decree No. 34/2019/ND-CP dated April 24, 2019 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of regulations on commune-level officials, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 34/2019/ND-CP) and Deputy Chief of Police, permanent Police Officers at communes and towns who are redundant due to the arrangement of regular Police to take up the positions of Commune and Town Police.

Support level:
1. One-time support for redundant commune, ward and town officials and civil servants due to the implementation of Decree No. 34/2019/ND-CP
In addition to enjoying the policies on streamlining payroll as prescribed in Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP dated November 20, 2014, Decree No. 113/2018/ND-CP dated August 31, 2018 of the Government and other policies as prescribed by law, the following support is provided:
a) Support 03 months of current salary for each year of early retirement for:
Cadres and civil servants of communes, wards and towns who are 55 years of age or older for men, 50 years of age or older for women, and have paid social insurance for 20 years or more;
Cadres and civil servants of communes, wards and towns must be 50 years of age or older for men and 45 years of age or older for women, and have paid social insurance for 20 years or more, including 15 years of working in areas with regional allowance coefficient of 0.7 or more.
b) Support for each year of work with social insurance payment equal to 01 month of current salary for cases of immediate termination of employment.
2. One-time support for Deputy Chief of Police and permanent Police Officers
In addition to the regime and policies enjoyed under the provisions of Decree No. 73/2009/ND-CP dated September 7, 2009 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the communal police ordinance and other policies as prescribed by law, each year of work is supported with 01 month of current allowance (maximum support not exceeding 15 months).
