(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 5, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a press conference to announce the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021.

Comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the press conference. Attending the press conference were Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee; representatives of a number of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and resident and local press agencies. |
The 4th session of the Provincial People's Council is scheduled to take place in 2 and a half days, from July 11 to 13, 2017.
At this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider 25 reports and 23 draft resolutions; including 16 socio-economic development resolutions and 6 personnel resolutions under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.
The question and answer session is expected to question the two sectors of Agriculture - Rural Development and Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regarding some shortcomings in building and replicating production models and supporting product consumption for farmers; shortcomings in vocational training and job creation in the province.
At the press conference, representatives of a number of press agencies raised a number of practical issues, requesting the Provincial People's Council to pay attention and include them in the meeting agenda.

Concluding the press conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Viet Duong thanked the contents and suggestions of representatives of press agencies.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also affirmed that the opinions and suggestions of the journalists were all very valid; however, some issues were not enough to be conveyed in the question and answer session due to time constraints and the meeting's agenda, but that does not mean that they will be ignored, but the Provincial People's Council will absorb them to include in the programs and activities in the coming time.
Comrade Hoang Viet Duong also hopes that press agencies and journalists will continue to accompany and support the Provincial People's Council to successfully fulfill its functions and tasks.
