Accordingly, HeyU only accepts to transport goods within the allowed time frame of 7am - 6pm. Outside of this time frame, HeyU will notify on the application and stop the service. 100% of HeyU drivers will ensure PCR testing 3 times/day to ensure epidemic safety for themselves and customers. Therefore, HeyU will partially support the costs for employees, and at the same time increase the shipping price by 1.5-2 times (depending on the time of day) for shippers to pay for testing.

Drivers are required to have a notebook to record delivery journeys; a practice card certified by the company.

In addition, HeyU has implemented other measures to ensure epidemic prevention safety such as: Strictly implementing "5K" as recommended by the Ministry of Health. At the same time, assigning a team to monitor employees' dash cams. Anyone who does not strictly implement epidemic prevention measures or is reported by customers will be fined.
