Suggest solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee has just issued the Rules of the contest to offer ideas and solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Nghe An province.

The contest for ideas and solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Nghe An province was organized to promote the emulation and creativity movement widely among all classes of people; seek specific and practical ideas, initiatives and solutions associated with reality, build a database to gradually apply and deploy into meaningful movements, contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of the Front's activities, creating a profound change in union members, association members and people of all classes in the spirit of innovation and creativity in the work of the Front, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of economic and social development, ensuring national defense and security of the province.

Participants:Are members of member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in the province; individuals, groups of individuals or collectives (maximum of 5 people/group) with ideas, initiatives, and innovative solutions for Front activities currently residing or working in Nghe An province. Members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in the province. Organizations, units, individuals, and groups of individuals can participate in the contest with 1 or more ideas and innovative solutions for innovation in Front work.

Members of the Organizing Committee, the Jury and their family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

The contest takes place at 2 levels in Nghe An province (district level and provincial level). Receiving entries: District level: From the launch date of the contest to before April 25, 2020; Provincial level: From the launch date of the contest to before October 25, 2020.

The district level will judge the contest from May 1 to May 10, 2020 and organize a district-level award ceremony on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2020). The provincial level will judge the contest from November 1, 2020 to November 10, 2020 and organize a province-wide award ceremony on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2020).

Contest content

Ideas and initiatives must be new in content, creative, and capable of practical application, focusing on specific content:

a) New ideas and initiatives on propaganda, mobilization, gathering, building the great national unity bloc, and strengthening social consensus.

b) New ideas and initiatives to improve the quality of emulation movements and campaigns, and to encourage people to compete to successfully achieve economic, cultural and social development goals, and maintain national defense and security.

c) New ideas and initiatives on implementing democracy, representing and protecting the people's legitimate rights and interests; social supervision and criticism; participating in preventing and combating corruption and waste; participating in building a clean and strong Party and government.

d) New ideas and initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of people's foreign affairs activities of the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels.

d) New initiatives and ideas on improving and enhancing the quality of operations of the Fatherland Front system at all levels, especially the system of Fatherland Front working committees in residential areas, the system of specialized Front operating apparatus, the activities of Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, the quality of consulting, organizing and implementing programs of coordination and unified action, campaigns and annual patriotic emulation movements...

e) Invite ideas and initiatives on establishing effective coordination and unified action programs between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations, between the Front and agencies and units in the organization to carry out the province's political tasks; on building a database related to the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels.

f) Other ideas and initiatives that contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels.

Requirements: Contest content must closely follow the legal documents of the Party and State regulating the functions, tasks and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, such as: 2013 Constitution; 2015 Law on Vietnam Fatherland Front, Charter of Vietnam Fatherland Front (current), Decision 217, 218 of the Politburo...
