Iran has no plans to acquire nuclear weapons and its program is purely for civilian purposes, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei told RT on June 28. He condemned recent Israeli and US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities as dangerous and unprovoked.

And Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said Iran would respond to any future US attack by targeting its bases.
