Practical and specific direction

For the provincial level, innovating the leadership method of the Party Committee, first of all, right from the stage of issuing specific, practical resolutions, focusing on important issues with great impact, ensuring high feasibility. Resolution 03/NQ-TU, dated June 6, 2011 of the Provincial Party Committee on promoting the implementation of the new rural program is one of the resolutions that demonstrates "the Party's will meets the people's will", which is widely supported and responded to by the people, who are ready to participate, contribute their efforts, donate land and property for implementation.

The new rural construction movement has received positive response in many localities.

The innovation of leadership methods in the Provincial Party Committee is clearly demonstrated through the innovation of working style and Party activities. Collective working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee or conferences and meetings chaired by the Party Committee all focus on important issues and resolve specific tasks, emerging issues, issues raised by the press and issues of public concern in the province. Along with that, strengthen leadership and direction by assigning tasks and specific responsibilities to collectives and individuals; strengthen inspection and supervision at the grassroots level.

After each working session or inspection at the grassroots level, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has specific conclusions on each issue, emphasizing the targets and tasks that need to be focused on, assigning specific tasks to local Party committees and the responsibility of coordination between sectors in resolving difficulties for the grassroots level. These are the most practical, flexible and timely instructions to help Party committees at all levels complete their political tasks at their level.

With the strong innovation in leadership methods of Party committees at all levels in Nghe An, it is really creating many results in attracting investment and building new rural areas, creating the premise to successfully implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo, soon making Nghe An a fairly developed province in the Northern region.
