The principal of Ethnic Minority Boarding School 2 is responsible for letting students leave school late.
(Baonghean.vn) - Previously, according to some sources, this morning, although it was the first day off school according to the document of the Provincial People's Committee, students at Ethnic Minority Boarding School 2 still went to school as usual.
On the afternoon of February 7, talking with teacher Nguyen Dau Truong - Principal of the school, he admitted this reality for the reason: This morning, although there was a plan to close school, we still gathered students in the classrooms so that the homeroom teachers could remind them about the things to avoid the Corona epidemic and give them homework before they went home. Before that, the school had a plan and contacted the bus companies to ensure the students' safety when returning home, especially during the epidemic season.

DTNT Boarding School 2 is a special school, more than 90% of the students are children of ethnic minorities from districts on Highway 48 such as Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Thai Hoa town, Nghia Dan... Currently the school has about 400 students and all of them are boarding students.
Previously, right after the Lunar New Year holiday, when the Corona epidemic had complicated developments, due to its own characteristics, this was one of two schools that the Department of Education and Training instructed students to leave school early. However, at that time, because most students had already enrolled, the school still stabilized the students' meals, accommodation, living and studying.

Teacher Dau Van Truong also added: Our school is far from the center, students are boarding so the school has promptly implemented measures to prevent the Corona epidemic according to the Department's instructions. Moreover, when the students stay at school, we are quite assured because the school is isolated, almost "no one can go in or out", so the students are isolated quite well.
In recent days, many parents have also suggested that their children stay at school, because the disease prevention environment here may be better than when they live in the community, where many workers from other places return home for Tet.
By noon today, following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the school had contacted the bus companies and mobilized about 30 buses to take all the school's students home.
Regarding the issue of students being the latest to leave school in the province, the school principal accepts responsibility. This morning, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh directly worked with the school's Board of Directors to investigate the matter./.
