The principal of Binh Chanh Primary School was judged to lack responsibility in the case of a female teacher kneeling to apologize to parents for punishing a student.
On March 30, the Ben Luc District Party Committee's Inspection Committee (Long An) officially decided to expel Mr. Vo Hoa Thuan from the Party, who forced a female teacher at Binh Chanh Primary School to...kneeling to apologize for punishing students at the end of February.
According to the verification team’s report, Mr. Thuan showed signs of forcing the teacher to kneel down to apologize. The People’s Committee of Ben Luc district requested the police to verify the incident, to clarify Mr. Thuan’s signs of violating the law.
