Sharing about this year's sports tournament, Ms. Bui Thi Thuy - Chairman of the Trade Union of MNS Feed Nghe An Limited Liability Company could not hide the joy on her face: "What touched us most was the attention of the company's leaders and the enthusiasm of the workers when participating in the sports tournament. Not only creating conditions for workers to have time to practice before the competition and rest after the competition, the company also proactively proposed to support the cost of training grounds, competition costumes, nutritional food, shuttle buses for athletes from far away... On the part of the workers, everyone is extremely enthusiastic and makes efforts even though the company is at the time of simultaneously implementing many new projects. I especially admire the sisters who live far away from home, are busy with small children but still enthusiastically participate in the tournament."

There is a very good saying that this female union president used to talk about her union members and workers: "Everyone has thousands of reasons to refuse but only one reason to participate, that is this life is only lived once, must live fully and brilliantly, so as not to have any regrets". That spirit is also the spirit that athlete Pham Thi Ngan - sales staff of MNS Feed Nghe An Limited Liability Company has shown in this season. Living in Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Chuong district, every time she competes, Ngan has to travel back and forth a long distance of 60km of deserted mountain road. While managing family, shop, and running the market, when entering the field, Ngan is always the most enthusiastic and energetic player on the team. “I decided to join the tournament partly because of my passion for sports, partly because I wanted to stir up the company movement, and partly because I wanted to have beautiful memories with my colleagues. And indeed, this year's tournament made me feel that my efforts were worthwhile, the organizers were professional, the company was enthusiastic, and the union was always there to encourage me,” Ms. Ngan confided.

At WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An Joint Stock Company, the sports stories surrounding this season are interesting and attractive enough to be written into a series. Having just been established, the first time participating in the tournament, the company with a total of nearly 40 employees has had more than 30 people register to participate. “Every time there is a competition schedule, the entire company from the general director to the employees go to cheer. No matter who wins or loses, whichever match they play, the whole company laughs from the beginning to the end of the match. It is so much fun that an athlete tore a ligament and asked to register to participate again next year before the surgery is finished. In volleyball, our team has just entered the semi-finals but the company has already given us a lot of rewards and a big party. The distance from the company to the competition venue takes more than 1 hour, so the athletes of Ton Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liability Company often compete in conditions without cheering from the audience. In return, the company's leaders and union have created the best conditions for the team. Ms. Nguyen Thi Chuyen - Vice President of the company's Union shared: "Although we cannot cheer directly, all the matches with the home team participating in livestream are cheered online with the most enthusiasm by the remaining members. We even joke with each other, with the overwhelming number of viewers and comments, the Dong Nam Economic Zone Union fanpage seems to have become Ton Hoa Sen's forum".

For the “double benefits”

To bring invaluable joy to businesses, union members and workers, the Organizing Committee including the Management Board and the Trade Union of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has made great efforts and determination. At the draw for the competition schedule before the opening day of the tournament, Mr. Phan Van Binh - Deputy Head of the Southeast Economic Zone, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Tournament confided: "After 2 years of interruption of almost all movement activities due to the epidemic, we hope that the sports tournament will become a common playground for allunion members, workers,lift spirits and contribute to creating momentum for economic recovery."

With the desire to create a professional and different playground compared to previous seasons, Mr. Vuong An Nguyen - Chairman of the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union emphasized: "With the participation of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, this year's Sports Tournament will be invested in both scale and quality. The tournament's communication work is assigned to a unit specializing in organizing sports events, all matches have a photography department, important football matches are reported live on the Facebook of the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union, the referee team are all professionals with a lot of experience. In addition, to ensure the objectivity, fairness, healthy and pure sports spirit of the tournament, the organizing committee will closely monitor and strictly enforce the tournament's rules and regulations. Any team that violates will be stripped of the right to compete in the season, and even not allowed to participate in the following seasons."

That spirit has been seriously implemented by all members of the organizing committee and participating teams. Talking about this year's sports tournament, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Yen, a union official of the Southeast Economic Zone, excitedly said: "When building this program, our organizing committee was very worried, afraid that after 2 years of the pandemic, businesses would focus on production to compensate for losses and workers would not have time to participate or the number of participants would be limited. However, the reality is completely opposite, never before have we received such a large and strong participation as this year. Even many businesses outside the industrial parks, not under the management of the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An, have expressed their desire to participate. Many business leaders have witnessed with their own eyes the "double value" of the sports movement, the excitement and enthusiasm of workers has brought productivity and efficiency in production."

"In factories and workshops, members can be divided into ranks with their own tasks and roles, but in sports, they get along and work together equally as teammates. From there, under the flag of the business brand, they leave a good impression, together creating connections and unforgettable memories. That is probably the greatest value that this sports tournament has brought" - Ms. Huong shared.
