Juve coach injured before Champions League final
Max Allegri suffered a right foot injury in a friendly match between former players.
Coach Allegri participated in a friendly match called "La Partita del Cuore" in Italy on May 30. After the match, the Juventus coach left the field holding his right thigh.
"Is this a joke? Absolutely not. I have an injury, but only a muscle injury. You can challenge everything, except age," Allegri said.
Despite his injury, Allegri will still lead Juventus in the Champions League final on June 3. The Italian team is preparing to fly to Wales to prepare for the match.

As a player, Allegri played more than 370 matches for Pescara, Cagliari, Perugia and Napoli. The 49-year-old midfielder became famous after moving into coaching. In 2011, Allegri helped AC Milan win the Serie A championship. This is also the title he has won for Juventus in the last three seasons.
Allegri is now only missing the Champions League and Europa League from his coaching record. In 2015, he and Juventus lost to Barca in the Champions League final.
