The final match of the 2014 Thanh Nien Newspaper Cup U21 International Tournament will take place this afternoon between Hoang Anh Gia Lai JMG U19 and Thailand U21. Ahead of the crucial match, head coach Graechen had a brief conversation with his players. He confided in them: “Of course, after three defeats, you are all very eager and want to try again this time to win the cup. But everyone wants to win. In a specific match, you play football, and your opponent also plays football. Just because you put one foot on the field doesn't mean you've already won. Therefore, tonight, you must try to rest and eat well.”

This is the fourth final for the core U19 Hoang Anh Gia Lai JMG team in the past year. Coach "Giom" affirmed that it's time for the team to deserve the championship: "Tomorrow, we will play a really good game to win this cup. As we've said to each other, you deserve to win the championship."

Assessing their opponent Thailand, Graechen briefly remarked: "Having reached the final match, Thailand is a good team."

This match will likely see a packed Can Tho stadium. For U19 Hoang Anh Gia Lai JMG, that's not a pressure: "We need the fans because they are our 12th player. The fans supported the team a lot at My Dinh Stadium. My players have experience dealing with that kind of pressure."
