Coach Le Van Hung leads U17 Song Lam Nghe An

In 2020, under the leadership of head coach Le Ky Phuong, U17 SLNA won the championship after 8 years of missing out. This year, with the goal of defending that title, the U17 SLNA team is also carefully prepared with a coaching staff including head coach Le Van Hung, assistant coaches Nguyen Dinh Dung and Phan Thanh Hoan.

CoachLe Van HungHe has led many SLNA youth teams and is known as the “protector” of SLNA. Because teams like U11 and U13 SLNA have previously successfully defended their championship titles of the previous year.

According to the list announced by SLNA Club, the core of the SLNA U17 team this year are players born in 2004. Many players won the championship with SLNA U17 in 2020. The generation of players born in 2005 is also highly appreciated for previous championships in the U11, U13 and U15 age groups.

In the goalkeeper position are players like Dang Xuan Son - Best Goalkeeper of the 2019 National U15 Tournament, Nguyen Huu Hau, Vo Thanh Dat.

The U17 SLNA defense line has outstanding faces such as Tran Dinh Thanh, Vo Tin Phong, Nguyen Duc Manh, Vo Tien Thang, Nguyen Van Bay, Nguyen Mai Hoang, Vo Cong Quy.

The midfield consists of quite prominent players such as Dang Ba Ha, Dam Duc Vinh, Ngo Van Bac, Nguyen Quang Vinh, Ho Viet Manh. In the forward line, notable are Phan Duy Hao - Top scorer of the National U15 in 2019, Phan Anh Tai, Truong Van Tuyen.
